From the center of San Gimignano, start at the main square, Piazza della Cisterna. Head southwest towards Via San Matteo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Folgore da San Gimignano. Turn left onto Via Folgore and follow it until you reach Piazza del Duomo. From the Piazza del Duomo, take the road that leads out of the town walls, Via delle Fonti. Keep walking straight for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the bus stop for Siena. Take the bus to Siena, and once you arrive in Siena, follow the signs towards the city center. Walk towards Costa Sant'Antonio, where the Santuario Casa di Santa Caterina is located.
