At Naples Centrale Station, take the Metro Line 1 (the direction is usually towards Piscinola). You will need to travel for about 5 stops. Get off at the 'Toledo' station. From there, exit the station and head towards Via Toledo.

Once you are on Via Toledo, walk straight until you reach Piazza del Plebiscito. Continue walking until you see Palazzo Reale on your left. From there, take a right onto Via Monte di Dio and then another right onto Via Santa Maria degli Angeli. Follow this street until you reach Piazza del Gesù Nuovo. Chiesa del Gesù Nuovo will be on your left at Piazza del Gesù Nuovo, 2.
