From the Amalfi Cathedral (Duomo di Amalfi), head east on Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi towards Piazza dei Dogi. Continue straight until you reach the bus stop at Piazza della Repubblica. Take the SITA bus towards Naples and get off at the Napoli Centrale train station. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Via Monteoliveto, 3, which is about 1.5 km away. If walking, head north on Corso Umberto I, then turn left onto Via Monteoliveto. Palazzo Gravina will be on your right.
