Start at Piazza Tasso, the main square in Sorrento. From the square, head towards Via San Cesareo, a bustling street lined with shops. Walk through Via San Cesareo until you reach the end of the street. Continue straight until you reach the main road, Corso Italia. Turn left onto Corso Italia and walk for about 10 minutes. You'll pass by several shops and cafes. After reaching the intersection with Via degli Aranci, continue straight until you see signs for the Sentiero degli Dei. Follow the signs towards Agerola, which will lead you to the entrance of the trail.

From Piazza Tasso, walk to the nearby Sorrento Train Station. Upon arrival at the station, purchase a ticket for the Circumvesuviana train towards Naples. Get off at the stop for Meta. Once you exit the train station in Meta, look for the signs leading to the Sentiero degli Dei trailhead. Follow these signs; the entrance is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station.
