Walking
From the center of Sorrento, head towards Piazza Tasso, the main square. Once you reach Piazza Tasso, look for Via San Cesareo, which is the main street leading from the square. Walk down Via San Cesareo for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn left onto Via degli Aranci. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Marina Grande. Turn right and follow the road along the coastline. You will eventually arrive at the charming village of Atrani. Once in Atrani, follow the signs to Piazza Umberto I, which is located in the heart of the village.

Bus
From Sorrento's main bus station, take the bus towards Amalfi. Buses to Amalfi frequently depart, so you shouldn't have to wait long. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Disembark at the Atrani stop. Once you get off the bus, walk straight ahead, and you'll see signs directing you to Piazza Umberto I. It’s a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop to the piazza.

If you prefer a more direct route without walking or waiting for the bus, you can take a taxi from Sorrento to Atrani. Taxis are readily available in Sorrento, especially near Piazza Tasso. Just tell the driver you want to go to Piazza Umberto I in Atrani. The ride will take approximately 25 minutes, depending on traffic.
