Getting There

• Walking

  From the Sorrento train station, head out to the main road and turn left onto Corso Italia. Walk straight until you reach the Piazza Tasso, Sorrento's main square. From Piazza Tasso, continue walking straight onto Via San Cesareo, and follow it as it curves. Keep walking until you reach the end of the street, which leads you to the harbor area. Once you reach the harbor, look for signs indicating the ferry terminal. You can take a ferry from Sorrento to Naples, which provides a scenic route across the Bay of Naples. The ferry ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

• Ferry

  Once you've arrived at the Naples ferry terminal, exit the terminal and follow the signs for the metro. Take the Metro Line 2 towards Pozzuoli and get off at the Mergellina station. After exiting the metro, you will find yourself near the waterfront. From there, walk towards Via Francesco Caracciolo, which is a notable street along the coast. You can either walk directly along the waterfront or take a short taxi ride, which should take around 10-15 minutes.

• Taxi

  If you prefer not to walk or take public transport, you can easily find a taxi at the Naples ferry terminal. Request a taxi to take you to Via Francesco Caracciolo. Make sure to confirm the destination with the driver. The taxi ride should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
