Car
If you are driving, head towards Bolzano using the A22 motorway. Take the Bolzano Nord exit and follow the signs for the city center (Centro). Once you arrive in Bolzano, follow the signs to Piazza della Vittoria. There is parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees which typically range from €1 to €2 per hour.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train to Bolzano from your location in South Tyrol. Trains frequently run from major towns like Merano or Bressanone. Once you arrive at Bolzano train station, exit and locate the bus terminal adjacent to the station. You can take bus line 10 or 11 to reach the city center. Get off at the stop 'Piazza del Municipio' which is a short walk from Piazza della Vittoria. The bus ticket costs around €1.50.
Walking
If you are already in the city center, it is quite easy to walk to the Victory Monument. From the main square, Piazza Walther, head southwest on Via dei Portici. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Vittoria. The walk should take approximately 10 minutes and will allow you to enjoy the charming architecture of Bolzano.
