Walking
From the main square in Taormina (Piazza IX Aprile), head down Via Teatro Greco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Umberto. Turn left onto Corso Umberto and walk straight until you reach the bus station (Stazione degli Autobus). From here, take the bus to Catania. Once you arrive at the Catania bus terminal, head towards Via Etnea and walk straight until you reach Piazza del Duomo. The Basilica Cattedrale di Sant'Agata will be directly in front of you.

Starting from Taormina, make your way to the bus station (Stazione degli Autobus) located just outside the old town. Purchase a ticket for a bus to Catania. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Catania bus terminal, exit and walk towards Via Etnea. Walk straight along Via Etnea until you reach Piazza del Duomo, where you will find the Basilica Cattedrale di Sant'Agata.
