Unforgettable night in Sicily
We had a great time with Chef Mimmo and Mamma. . The location on the beach, about a mile south of Taormina, made for a great sunset setting. We learned the art of cannoli making and ten types of pasta. After we enjoyed our creations with some grate local wine. An unforgettable night in Sicily

Arancina Cooking Class in Taormina
Great cooking course - so much fun!
There were 14 of us around a large table with 2 chefs teaching us. A large group but it worked really well since we had 4-5’stations set up. It also gave us chance to chat to a few new people. We were shown how to make an arancino and then had chance to make our own. Between us as a couple, we made 9 and that seemed about average. While the arancini were being cooked we moved to a big table and had a few snacks and a glass or two of wine, before our cooked arancini arrived and we could tuck into them. They were delicious — but very filling!
