From Trieste, head to the Trieste Bus Station (Stazione Autobus di Trieste). You can take bus line 51 towards 'Cervignano-Aquileia'. This bus will take you directly to Aquileia. Once you arrive at the 'Aquileia' bus stop, exit the bus and walk straight on Via Giulia Augusta for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the Archaeological Area of Aquileia.

Start your journey at the Trieste Centrale Train Station. Take a train towards 'Cervignano-Aquileia'. After arriving at 'Cervignano-Aquileia' train station, transfer to the local bus (line 51 or a similar route) heading to Aquileia.
