Bus
From the center of Perugia, make your way to the main bus terminal located at Piazza Partigiani. You can walk from the main square, Piazza IV Novembre, by heading down Via dei Priori until you reach the terminal. Once at the terminal, take the bus to Orvieto (check the schedule for departure times). The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Upon arriving in Orvieto, disembark at the bus station, and from there, it is a short walk to Piazza del Duomo. Head up Via della Repubblica, which will lead you directly to the Piazza.

Start at the Perugia train station, which you can reach by walking or taking a local bus. From the main square, Piazza IV Novembre, head down Via dei Priori to Via Campo di Marte, where the train station is located. Purchase a ticket for Orvieto at the station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Orvieto train station, exit and take the funicular up to the town. After exiting the funicular, walk straight ahead to reach Piazza del Duomo, which is about a 10-minute walk.
