Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Val Venosta and head towards the SS38 road. Follow the SS38 towards Merano. After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards Eppan an der Weinstraße. Continue on the local roads, following the signs for Appiano. Once you reach Strada Castel d'Appiano, turn onto it, and you will find Castello Boymont at Strada Castel d'Appiano, 5, 39057 Appiano sulla strada del vino BZ. Parking is available nearby, but be aware that some areas may have parking fees.
Public Transportation
To reach Castello Boymont using public transportation, take a train from Val Venosta to the Merano train station. From there, transfer to a bus that goes to Eppan an der Weinstraße. The bus ride will take about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Eppan, you can either walk (approximately 2 km) to the castle or take a local taxi. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance, as they may vary on weekends and holidays.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can book a taxi from anywhere in Val Venosta directly to Castello Boymont. This option is convenient but may be more expensive, typically costing around 50-70 euros depending on your starting point.
