Upon entering the city, you will need to park at one of the designated parking garages, such as Garage San Marco or Piazzale Roma. Parking fees vary but expect to pay around €30-€50 for a full day. From the parking garage, you can either walk or take a vaporetto (water bus) to reach Ponte Cavallo.

To reach Ponte Cavallo using public transportation, start by taking a train to Venice Santa Lucia station. Trains run frequently from various locations in the Venetian Riviera. Once you arrive at Santa Lucia, exit the station and walk towards the vaporetto stop (water bus) located just outside. You will want to board the Line 1 vaporetto towards Lido. After several stops, disembark at the 'San Marco' stop. From there, Ponte Cavallo is a short 10-minute walk. Follow signs towards Piazza San Marco, and then head to Calle Larga Giacinto Gallina where the bridge is located.
