Walking
If you're starting from the Rialto Bridge, head east along the Mercato di Rialto until you reach the intersection with Calle del Stagner. Turn left onto Calle del Stagner and continue straight until you reach Campo San Bartolomeo. From Campo San Bartolomeo, walk towards the small bridge (Ponte delle Paste) and cross it. After crossing, take a right onto Salizzada San Lio. Continue straight until you reach a fork in the path. Keep to the left, and follow the signs towards the 'Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Derelitti'. Turn left onto Barbaria de le Tole. The church will be on your right at number 6691.

Walking
If you're coming from St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), exit through the main square towards the Basilica. Take the first left onto Calle Larga XXII Marzo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Grand Canal. At this point, turn left and walk along the canal until you reach the Ponte dei Sospiri. Cross the bridge and continue straight into the narrow streets. Follow the signs for 'Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Derelitti' as you navigate through the streets. Eventually, you will arrive at Barbaria de le Tole where the church is located at 6691.

Walking
If you are near the Santa Lucia Train Station, exit the station and walk towards the Grand Canal. You can take a Vaporetto (water bus) from the station to the Rialto stop. Once at the Rialto stop, follow the walking directions from the Rialto Bridge as described earlier. Alternatively, you can walk from the train station by heading straight down the Strada Nova until you reach the Campo San Geremia. From there, follow the signs towards 'Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Derelitti', taking a series of lefts and rights as indicated, until you reach Barbaria de le Tole.
