To reach the Armenian Monastery Mechitarist, start from the main tourist area in Venice. Head to the nearest Vaporetto stop, which could be either San Marco or Fondamenta Nove, depending on your location. Once at the Vaporetto stop, purchase a ticket and take Line 20 towards Lido.
