If you are starting from the famous St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), head east towards the Calle Larga XXII Marzo. Continue straight until you reach the Grand Canal. From there, take the Vaporetto (water bus) Line 1 towards 'Ferrovia' and get off at 'Ospedale'. Once you disembark, walk straight and take the first left onto Calle della Madonna dell'Orto. Follow this street until you reach the end and take a right onto Calle dei Botteri. Continue straight until you find the small bridge that leads to 'Fondamenta del Soccorso'. Cross the bridge; Vestigia della ex Chiesa di Sant'Antonio di Castello will be located a short distance ahead on your right.
