If you are using public transportation, you can take the vaporetto directly from the main land or the Venice city center to the Lido. Once you arrive at Lido, disembark at the Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta stop. From there, board Vaporetto Line 20 towards Murano. You will need to get off at the Lazzaretto Vecchio stop. The entire journey will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on connections. Note that a single vaporetto ticket costs around €7.50.
