Walking
If you're starting from the Vaporetto stop at 'Zattere', exit the boat and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the Fondamenta delle Zattere, which is a beautiful promenade along the Giudecca Canal. Continue walking until you reach a large square called Campo Santa Margherita. From there, take Calle dei Boteri and follow it straight until you arrive at the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute, which will be on your left. The picturesque views along the way will enhance your journey.

To reach the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute by Vaporetto, find the nearest stop, which may be 'San Marco' or 'Zattere'. If you are at 'San Marco', take line 1 or line 2 towards 'Giudecca'. If you are at 'Zattere', just head towards 'Salute' on line 2. The stop you want is 'Salute'. Once you exit at the Salute stop, you will see the Basilica directly in front of you; just walk across the small square to reach the entrance.

If you're near the Accademia Gallery, exit and walk towards the Accademia Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight down the Calle della Carità. After a few minutes, you'll reach the intersection with the Grand Canal. Turn right and walk along the canal until you see the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute on your left, just past the entrance to the Grand Canal.

From the Rialto Bridge, walk towards 'Campo San Bartolomeo', then go towards 'Calle de la Bissa'. Continue straight until you reach 'Campo San Polo'. From there, take the route towards 'Calle dei Nomboli'. Follow this street until you meet 'Fondamenta della Salute', turn left and continue walking until you see the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute ahead of you.
