    If you are starting from Piazza San Marco, head southwest towards the Ponte della Paglia. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Calle del Rimedio. Follow this street as it curves left and becomes Calle della Fava. Keep walking until you reach Campo Santa Maria Formosa, a lively square. From Campo Santa Maria Formosa, take the left exit onto Calle del Paradiso and walk straight until you reach the next small square, Campo San Giovanni Novo. Continue walking straight, and you will encounter a fork; take the left path which leads you to Calle delle Fabbri. Follow this street which turns into Calle del Campanile until you reach the intersection with Calle dei Nomboli. Turn right onto Calle dei Nomboli and continue until you arrive at the Chiesa di San Barnaba, located on Sestiere Dorsoduro, 2771.
