Walking
If you are starting from Piazza San Marco, head southwest towards the Ponte della Paglia. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Calle del Rimedio. Follow this street as it curves left and becomes Calle della Fava. Keep walking until you reach Campo Santa Maria Formosa, a lively square. From Campo Santa Maria Formosa, take the left exit onto Calle del Paradiso and walk straight until you reach the next small square, Campo San Giovanni Novo. Continue walking straight, and you will encounter a fork; take the left path which leads you to Calle delle Fabbri. Follow this street which turns into Calle del Campanile until you reach the intersection with Calle dei Nomboli. Turn right onto Calle dei Nomboli and continue until you arrive at the Chiesa di San Barnaba, located on Sestiere Dorsoduro, 2771.

Vaporetto
If you are near the Grand Canal, take Vaporetto Line 1 from any nearby stop heading towards Piazzale Roma. Get off at the stop 'Accademia'. Once you disembark, walk towards the Accademia Bridge. Cross the bridge and go straight onto Campo Santa Maria del Giglio. Continue straight through the small streets until you reach Campo San Barnaba. The Chiesa di San Barnaba is located at Sestiere Dorsoduro, 2771, just a short walk from the square.

From the Rialto Bridge, head south along the Mercato di Rialto and follow the signs to Calle Larga Mazzini. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Grand Canal. Turn left onto the Grand Canal and walk along until you reach the 'San Tomà' Vaporetto stop. From here, walk along the canal towards the 'Accademia' stop. Just before the 'Accademia' stop, turn right into a small alley leading to Campo San Barnaba, where the Chiesa di San Barnaba is located at Sestiere Dorsoduro, 2771.
