From Campo Santo Stefano, make your way to Calle della Mandola and continue until you reach the intersection with Strada Nova. Turn right onto Strada Nova and then take a left onto Calle del Mondo Novo, continuing until you reach the intersection with Calle dei Fabbri. Turn left and follow the signs towards the railway station until you arrive at Piazzale Roma. From Piazzale Roma, you can take a vaporetto (water bus) to Padua.

Once you arrive at the Padua train station, exit and follow the signs to the bus station.
