Walking
If you are starting from the famous St. Mark's Square, head southwest towards the Ponte della Paglia. Cross the bridge and continue straight through the narrow streets towards the Rialto Market. Once you reach the Grand Canal, turn right and walk along the canal until you reach the Rialto Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue along the street until you reach the Campo San Polo. From there, take the narrow street on the left that leads towards the Chiesa di San Rocco. After passing the church, follow the signs towards Piazzale Roma. From Piazzale Roma, follow the signs towards Santa Lucia Train Station and exit towards the bus terminal. Here, you can catch a bus to Padua. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time.

Public Transport (Train)
From Venice Santa Lucia Train Station, purchase a ticket to Padua. Trains run frequently, so check the schedule for the next available train. Once on the train, enjoy the scenic ride which takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Padua Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the bus terminal. Catch a local bus heading to the city center, and get off at the stop for Piazza Eremitani. The Eremitani Museums will be a short walk from there.

From Venice, you can also take a direct bus from Piazzale Roma to Padua. Look for buses operated by companies like FlixBus or other local services. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Padua bus station, exit and follow the signs to Piazza Eremitani. The museums are located at Piazza Eremitani, 8, and will be clearly visible as you approach the square.
