Once outside, turn left and walk along the Riva degli Schiavoni, the waterfront promenade. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Ponte della Paglia (the Bridge of the Scaffold), which offers a beautiful view of the Bridge of Sighs. Cross the bridge and continue walking straight into the labyrinth of narrow streets. Follow signs towards 'Rialto' but take a right turn on Calle de la Rasse before reaching the main market area.
