If you are starting from the Rialto Bridge, head northeast on the Salizzada San Nicolò toward the Campo San Bartolomeo. Continue straight until you reach Campo San Giovanni e Paolo. From there, take the street called Calle della Pietà. Walk straight until you reach the first bridge, Ponte dei Santi Apostoli. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Salizada San Stae. Continue walking until you reach the church at Salizada San Stae, 1982.

If you are at St. Mark's Square, exit the square through the archway of the Doge's Palace and walk straight onto the Riva degli Schiavoni. Turn left onto Calle Larga della Malvasia. Continue straight until you reach Campo San Zaccaria. From there, head northeast on the Calle San Zaccaria until you reach Salizada San Stae. Turn right and continue walking until you reach the church at Salizada San Stae, 1982.
