If you are starting at the famous Piazza San Marco, head northeast toward the Calle Larga dei Santi Apostoli. Continue straight until you reach the Grand Canal. Cross the Grand Canal using the Ponte di Rialto. Once you are on the opposite side, take the first left onto Calle dei Stagneri, then continue straight until you reach Campo San Luca. From Campo San Luca, head towards the Calle Seconda del Cristo. Follow this street until you arrive at the Casino of Venice, located at C. Seconda del Cristo, 2040.

Vaporetto (Water Bus)
If you are near a Vaporetto stop, take Line 1 or Line 2 towards 'Sant'Angelo' or 'Rialto'. Disembark at the 'Rialto' stop. From there, head towards the Ponte di Rialto, crossing the bridge. After crossing, take the first left onto Calle dei Stagneri, and continue straight until you reach Campo San Luca. From Campo San Luca, make your way to Calle Seconda del Cristo, which will lead you directly to the Casino of Venice, located at C. Seconda del Cristo, 2040.

Starting from Venezia Santa Lucia train station, head towards the Grand Canal. You can either walk directly to the nearest Vaporetto stop 'Ferrovia' and take a Vaporetto to 'Rialto', or walk along the canal. If walking, follow the canal to your right until you reach the Ponte di Rialto. Cross the bridge and take the first left onto Calle dei Stagneri.
