If you are starting from Piazza San Marco, head out of the square towards the waterfront. Walk along the Riva degli Schiavoni until you reach the Ponte della Paglia. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto the Calle delle Rasse. Follow this street until it turns into the Calle del Lovo, and then take a left onto the Calle delle Furlane. Continue straight until you reach the Campo San Giovanni e Paolo. From the campo, head north through the Calle del Paradiso until you reach the Fondamenta de le Colonete. Turn right, and you will find Chiesa di Santa Maria Maddalena at number 2205.

Vaporetto (Water Bus)
If you prefer a scenic route via the water, take the Vaporetto line 1 or 2 from the nearest stop, which could be San Marco or Rialto. Ride the Vaporetto towards the Ferrovia (train station) direction. Disembark at the Ca' d'Oro stop. From the Ca' d'Oro, exit to the Fondamenta and head left along the water until you reach the next bridge. Cross the bridge, then take a right onto the Fondamenta de le Colonete. Walk along this street, and you will arrive at Chiesa di Santa Maria Maddalena at number 2205.

From the Rialto Bridge, walk east along the Calle dei Stagneri until you reach the Campo San Bartolomeo. Continue straight onto the Calle del Cristo, and then turn left onto the Calle de le Beccarie. Follow the street until you come to the Campo San Giovanni e Paolo. From there, take the Calle del Paradiso heading north until you reach the Fondamenta de le Colonete.
