Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the famous St. Mark's Square, head towards the water and take the Riva degli Schiavoni (the waterfront promenade) heading east. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the Ponte della Paglia bridge. Cross the bridge and make your way to the Campo Santa Maria Formosa. From there, take the Calle della Fava and continue straight until you reach the Rio dei Vetrai, which is located in the eastern part of Venice, near the Murano glass shops.

    From the Rialto Bridge, you can catch the Vaporetto Line 1 or Line 2 at the Rialto stop. Get off at the Fondamenta Nove stop. From there, walk towards the east by following the waterfront, and go through the Calle San Giovanni in Bragora.
