The visit was very nice and the guide was great although she should have the guided tour in Spanish since the visit was only in English she did it in Spanish.

Best way to enter the city-dramatic veiws
You can easily miss their office/check in counter but it will be in at the left side before yun enter the elevates walk way to the boat docks. The service is really good! The check in counter opens at 8am but our flight landed at 7:15 and the lady at the counter is there already. She said she opened early as she saw our flights coming in early. Very nice. On top of we got lucky as we need to obly share the ride wtih 2 other people. Total of 4 people only its like having a private taxi.
