From either parking location, you can walk or take a vaporetto (water bus) to reach the destination. If you park at Piazzo Roma, walk towards the Grand Canal, and cross the Ponte di Calatrava towards Piazzale Roma. From there, take the 'Line 1' vaporetto towards 'Lido' and disembark at the 'San Marco' stop. From San Marco, it's approximately a 15-minute walk to Sito della Casa di Marco Polo, heading towards Corte Seconda del Milion.
