If you are near the Rialto Bridge, head southeast towards the Campo San Polo. From there, take the Calle del Sturion, which leads directly to the Campo Santa Maria Formosa. Continue past the church and turn left into the Calle della Malvasia; this will take you towards the Corte Seconda del Milion. The Sito della Casa di Marco Polo will be located at number 5852. Look for a small sign that indicates the historical landmark.

If you are near a Vaporetto stop, take Line 1 towards San Zaccaria. Get off at the San Marco stop. From there, walk towards Piazza San Marco and exit the square heading towards Calle Larga. Continue straight until you reach the Campo San Moisè. Then, take Calle de le Boteghe and follow it as it curves. This will lead you to the Calle del Fabbri. Continue onto the Calle della Malvasia and you'll arrive at Corte Seconda del Milion, where the Sito della Casa di Marco Polo is located.

If you are at the Accademia Bridge, head northeast along the Grand Canal towards the Ponte dell'Accademia. Cross the bridge and take the first left onto Calle dei Fabbri. Follow this street as it turns into Calle della Malvasia. Continue straight, and you will soon see Corte Seconda del Milion on your right. The historical landmark is at 5852, marked by a small plaque.
