If you are starting from the Rialto Bridge, walk towards the Campo S. Giacomo di Rialto, which is just a few minutes away. Head northeast on the Riva del Ferro, then take a left onto Calle del Stagner. Continue straight, and you will reach the campo in about 5 minutes. The church is located right in the center of the square.

From St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), head northwest towards the Calle Larga XXII Marzo. Continue along this street until you reach the Rialto Bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the previous instructions from the Rialto Bridge to reach Chiesa di San Giacomo di Rialto.
