If you are driving, start from Montego Bay or any central location in Cornwall County. Head east on the A1 highway towards Falmouth. Continue on the A1 until you reach the junction with the A2 highway. Take the A2 towards May Pen. After approximately 30 km, look for the signs directing you to Milk River. Once you reach the outskirts of Milk River, use GPS coordinates (17.866486, -77.393937) to guide you to Alligator Hole, which is located at VJ84+HCW. There is free parking available nearby.

From Montego Bay, take a bus or minibus from the central bus station to May Pen. The fare is approximately JMD 500-800. Upon arriving in May Pen, you will need to catch another bus or taxi to Milk River. This leg of the trip may cost another JMD 200-400. Once in Milk River, you can either walk to Alligator Hole using the GPS coordinates (17.866486, -77.393937) or hire a local taxi for a small fee to take you directly to VJ84+HCW.
