Be sure to check the condition of the road, as some areas may be rough.

To reach Island Gully Falls using public transportation, take a taxi or a minibus from your location in John Crow Mountains to the nearest town, which is Lodge. Inform the driver that your destination is Island Gully Falls, and they will drop you off at the closest point. From there, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along Thatch Hill Road to reach the falls. Keep in mind that taxis may charge around JMD 500-1000, depending on your starting point.

If you are already near Lodge and prefer to walk, head towards Thatch Hill Road. Follow Thatch Hill Road for about 1 kilometer until you see the signage for Island Gully Falls.
