Car
If you are driving to Boardwalk Beach, start from the main highway (A1) in the North Coast region. Take the exit towards Ocho Rios, and continue on the A1 until you reach the intersection with the B2 road. Merge onto B2 and follow the signs for Boardwalk Beach. The beach is located at approximately latitude 17.9061 and longitude -76.8892. Parking is available nearby, but keep in mind that some areas may charge a small fee for parking.
Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Boardwalk Beach using public transport, locate a bus that travels along the North Coast route. You can find these buses at major bus terminals in towns like Montego Bay or Ocho Rios. Board a bus heading towards Ocho Rios and inform the driver that you wish to get off at Boardwalk Beach. The fare is typically around $300 JMD. After disembarking, walk towards the beach entrance which should be a short distance away.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct and comfortable ride, consider taking a taxi. You can hail a taxi from your current location or ask your hotel to arrange one for you. Provide the driver with the destination address of Boardwalk Beach. The fare will depend on your current location, but expect to pay around $1500 to $3000 JMD for a ride from nearby towns like Ocho Rios or Montego Bay. Ensure to negotiate the fare beforehand or ask if the taxi operates on a meter.
