Car
If you're driving from Aki, head west on Route 5. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for Route 42. Take Route 42, which will lead you towards Koya. Follow the signs for Koyasan, and as you approach Koyasan, you'll see signs directing you to Koyasan Saizen-in Temple. There is parking available near the temple, but be sure to check for any parking fees.
Public Transportation
To reach Koyasan Saizen-in Temple by public transport, start by taking a train from Aki Station to Hashimoto Station (approximately 30 minutes). From Hashimoto Station, transfer to the Nankai Koya Line and take the train to Koyasan Station (approximately 50 minutes). Once at Koyasan Station, you can either walk (about 20 minutes) or take a local bus towards Koyasan Saizen-in Temple. The bus ride will take about 10 minutes. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary.
