Car
If you're driving from the center of Awa, head east on Route 55 towards Naruto. Continue for approximately 30 minutes until you reach Naruto. Once in Naruto, follow the signs for Route 11, which will lead you towards Tsukahana. The temple is located at Tsukahana-126 Oasacho Bando, which is well-marked. Keep an eye out for parking areas near the temple, as they can fill up quickly during peak tourist times. There are no specific entrance fees for the temple, but donations are appreciated.

Public Transportation
To reach Ryozen-ji Temple using public transport, start at Awa Station. Take the JR Naruto Line towards Naruto Station. The journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Naruto Station, exit the station and look for the local bus service (Naruto City Bus) that goes to Tsukahana. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Tsukahana stop. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Ryozen-ji Temple at Tsukahana-126 Oasacho Bando. The bus fare from Naruto Station to Tsukahana is around 220 yen.
