If you're traveling by car, head towards Itano District in Tokushima. From Awaji, take the Awaji Highway towards the Naruto Expressway and follow signs towards Tokushima. Once you reach Tokushima, take Route 11 towards Itano. After about 30 minutes of driving, look for signs to Kameyamashita Otera. There is parking available near the temple.

For public transportation, start at Awaji's main bus terminal. Take a bus to Tokushima Station; the journey takes about 45 minutes. Once at Tokushima Station, transfer to a local bus that goes to Kameyamashita. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the nearest bus stop to Konsenji Temple, and it will be a short walk to the temple entrance.
