If you are traveling by car from Awa, head northwest on Route 55 towards Tokushima City. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers. Once you reach the outskirts of Tokushima, follow the signs for Route 11 and then Route 192 towards Tokushima Central Park. The park is located at 1-番外 Tokushimacho Jonai, Tokushima, 770-0851. There is parking available at the park, which may incur a small fee depending on the duration of your stay.

To get to Tokushima Central Park from Awa using public transportation, first take the JR Tokushima Line from Awa Station to Tokushima Station. Once you arrive at Tokushima Station, you can either walk to the park, which is about a 20-minute walk (approximately 1.5 km), or take a local bus. If you opt for the bus, catch the Tokushima City Bus (look for routes heading towards Tokushima Central Park) from the station; the fare is usually around 230 yen. Get off at the 'Chuo Koen' bus stop, which is right next to the park.
