Car
If you are driving from Awaji Island, take the Awaji Island Route and then head towards the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Cross the bridge, and continue on Route 2 towards Tokushima. Once you reach Tokushima City, follow the signs for the Tokushima Zoo, which is located at 〒771-4267 Tokushima, Shibunocho, Nyudo−２２−1. There is parking available at the zoo, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.

Public Transportation
To reach Tokushima Zoo using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Awaji Island to the Maiko Station. From Maiko Station, board the JR train to Tokushima Station (make sure to check the schedule for train times). Upon arriving at Tokushima Station, transfer to a local bus that goes directly to Tokushima Zoo. The bus stop for the zoo is well marked, and the ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Be prepared for a fare for both the train and the bus.
