If you're driving from the center of Bingo, head southeast on Route 2 towards Tokyo. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the Nerima City exit. Follow the signs for Nerima City and merge onto Route 254. After about 5 kilometers, turn right onto Shimoshakujii Street. Continue on this road for about 1 kilometer. The Chihiro Art Museum Tokyo will be on your left at 4 Chome-7-2 Shimoshakujii. Look for the museum entrance which is easily visible from the street.
