Car
If you're traveling by car, head south on Route 20 (Chuo Highway) from central Kai. Continue on Route 20 until you reach the intersection with Route 139. Turn left onto Route 139 and follow it for about 12 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Nerima City and merge onto the Shuto Expressway (Tokyo Inner Circular Route) towards Ikebukuro. Take the exit for Shinjuku and continue on Route 254. Follow the signs to Shimoshakujii and turn right onto 4 Chome-7-2. The Chihiro Art Museum Tokyo will be on your left.
Public Transportation
To reach Chihiro Art Museum Tokyo via public transportation, start by taking the JR Chuo Line from Kai Station to Shinjuku Station (approximately 1 hour). From Shinjuku Station, transfer to the Seibu Shinjuku Line and take the train towards Hon-Kawagoe Station. Get off at Shimo-Shakujii Station (about 15 minutes). Upon exiting the station, turn left and walk for about 10 minutes along the main road until you reach 4 Chome-7-2 Shimoshakujii. The museum will be on your left.
