If you're driving to Etchūjima Pier from the center of Bingo, head southeast on Route 2. Continue straight for about 15 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 7. Take a left onto Route 7 and follow it for another 5 kilometers. You'll then see signs for Koto City; keep an eye out for Etchūjima. Turn right onto 3 Chome-3 Etchujima, and you will find the pier on your right. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Etchūjima Pier by public transport, start at the Bingo train station. Take the JR Sobu Line towards Chiba and get off at Koto City Station. From there, transfer to Bus 23, which will take you directly to 3 Chome-3 Etchujima. The bus ride is approximately 20 minutes.
