If you're driving, start from central Bingo. Head east on Route 14 (Koto-dori) towards Edogawa City. Continue for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the Rinkaicho area. Once you arrive, turn onto Rinkaicho Street. The Tokyo Sea Life Park will be on your left at 6 Chome-2-3 Rinkaicho. Look for the large aquarium building, which is easily identifiable. There is parking available nearby.
