    If you're driving from the center of Kai, head east on Route 140. Continue straight for about 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 20. Turn left onto Route 20 and follow the signs towards Koto City. After approximately 15 kilometers, take the exit toward Koto City and merge onto Koto City Road. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers, and then take the exit for Toyo. From the exit, turn right onto Toyo Street. After a short drive, you will find Yokojukkengawa Water Park on your left. Be aware that parking facilities are available, but there might be a small parking fee (usually around ¥500).
