If you're driving, head towards Route 10 and follow the signs for Minato City. Once you reach the area, navigate to Kaigan Street. Hinode Pier is located at 2 Chome-7-104 Kaigan, Minato City, Tokyo 105-0022. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 500-1000 JPY for a few hours.
Public Transportation - Train
If you are using public transportation, take the JR Yamanote Line to Hamamatsucho Station. From there, transfer to the Toei Oedo Line and travel to Kokusai-tenjijo Station.
