If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Chikugo. Navigate to Route 208 and head west. After approximately 15 minutes, take the exit for Saga on the Kyushu Expressway. Follow the signs for Saga and merge onto Route 3. Continue on Route 3 for about 10 kilometers, then take the exit toward Higashiyokacho. From there, follow the local signs leading you to Higatayoka Park, which will be on your right side at 2885-2 Higashiyokacho Oaza Shimokoga. There is parking available at the park.

For those using public transportation, begin your journey at Chikugo Station. Take the Nishitetsu train towards Fukuoka and transfer at Saga Station.
