Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Chikugo and head northeast on Route 385. Continue for approximately 15 km until you reach the intersection with Route 3. Turn left onto Route 3 and follow the signs for Saga. After about 10 km, take the exit toward Umeno. Follow the signs for Kyoseki Park, which should be about 5 km ahead. The park is located at 329-5 Yamatocho Oaza Umeno, Saga, 840-0203. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, begin your journey at Chikugo Station. Take the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line towards Omuta. Alight at Saga Station, which is around a 30-minute ride. From Saga Station, transfer to the Saga City Bus bound for Umeno. The bus ride will take about 40 minutes, and you should get off at the Umeno stop. Kyoseki Park is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs directing you to the park.
