From Chikuzen, take Route 500 towards Fukuoka. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with Route 3. Take a left onto Route 3 and follow the signs for Fukuoka City. After approximately 30 km, exit at Fukuoka Expressway (Fukuoka IC) and follow Route 202 towards Hakata Ward. You will arrive at Higashi Hirao Park located at 2 Chome-1-2 Higashihiraokoen, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka. Parking is available at the park, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

By Train and Walking
If you're using public transportation, start by taking the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line from Chikuzen Station. Ride for about 30 minutes to Fukuoka Station.
