By Car
If you're driving from the center of Chikuzen, head south on Route 500. Continue on this road for approximately 10 kilometers. You will reach a junction; turn left onto Route 3. Follow Route 3 for about 5 kilometers until you see signs for Kurume Forest Tsutsuji Park. The park's entrance will be on your right. Parking is available on-site, and there is no fee for parking.

By Public Transportation
Start at Chikuzen station and take the Nishitetsu Train Line towards Kurume Station. The train ride takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Kurume Station, take Bus No. 13 towards 'Tsutsuji Park'. The bus ride will take around 25 minutes. Get off at the 'Tsutsuji Park' stop, and you will find the park entrance just a short walk away. Please note that the bus fare is approximately 500 yen.
