If you are near Hakata Station, start by exiting the station through the Chikushi Exit. Once you are outside, turn left and walk along the main road (Hakata Ekimae). Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass a few shops and restaurants on your way. Ninjin Park will be on your right side at the address: 4 Chome-12 Hakata Ekimae, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka.

From Hakata Station, take the Fukuoka City Subway Kuko Line (Airport Line) towards Meinohama. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Hakata' Station. After exiting the station, follow the signs to the Chikushi Exit. Once outside, turn left and head straight along Hakata Ekimae for about 10 minutes until you reach Ninjin Park, which will be on your right.
