Car
If you are driving, start from central Hakone. Take Route 1 south towards Atami. Continue on Route 1 for about 30 minutes. Look for signs indicating Atami and follow them. As you approach Atami, take the exit for Route 135 and follow it until you reach Kamitaga. Turn left onto Kamitaga Street and continue straight until you see ACAO Forest on your right at 1027-8 Kamitaga. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach ACAO Forest using public transportation, start at Hakone-Yumoto Station. Take the Odakyu Line train towards Odawara and transfer at Odawara Station to the JR Tōkaidō Line towards Atami. The train ride should take around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Atami Station, take a bus towards Kamitaga (Bus Stop No. 2) and get off at the Kamitaga stop. From there, walk down Kamitaga Street for about 10 minutes; ACAO Forest will be on your right at 1027-8 Kamitaga.
